Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of your hotel booking due to unavoidable circumstances we must be informed in writing at the earliest.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the email / letter and cancellation charges applicable will be as follows:

14 days to 07 days prior to arrival - 25% of the total stay
06 days to 72 hours prior to arrival - 50% of the total stay
Less than 72 hours or No Show – No refund of payment
22nd December to 2nd January - Cancellation charges as mentioned below:
14 days to 07 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total stay
06 days prior to arrival or No Show – No refund of payment

For early departure after check-in, a minimum of 48 hours notice has to be given. Refund of cancelled bookings would be calculated on the basis of cancellation policy as mentioned above and the amount will be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. In case applicable, any bank charges would be debited from the refunded amount.
